Midnight diet

I started to diet a couple of weeks ago it's going okay. The only problem I have is being hungry in the middle of the night that wakes me up. I ended up going to the refrigerator staring in there so many things that I can't have. So I grab my glass of water and my bag of carrots and sit down to eat 'till I feel tired again.
